Reception enjoy Christmas show

Students in Reception enjoyed an annual trip to The Cube in Corby to watch a Christmas production of ‘The Wind in the Willows.’

The show was full of humour, song, dance and lively storytelling and told the heart warming story of adventure and friendship with Ratty, Mole, Toad, Badger and a musical band of mischief-making weasels.

Reception teacher Miss Jenny Tew said ‘The children had a lovely time and were all really well behaved and sat beautifully throughout the performance. Some children were involved in the show, which they really enjoyed. It made us all feel very festive and there was lots of laughter throughout.’

Reception students Catherine Smith and Cerys Bennett said ‘We both really liked it at the end because it snowed! Our favourite character was Ratty because she was the only girl. The show was fun and it made us laugh.’
