Join our 101 Fitness Challenge
We are challenging our staff and students to try 101 different fitness challenges to boost their wellbeing during lockdown.
This initiative follows our 101 Wellbeing Boost, which had different activities, but this new challenge focuses solely on physical fitness.
Teacher Liam Keith said: ‘There's 101 different fitness, sport and health activities that children (and adults) can take part in easily at home to boost their fitness, health and wellbeing. The hope is that whilst children are at home they can still engage in active healthy lifestyles. Students and staff are already having fun taking part and it is another way to engage with our school community.’
