Pupils as Leaders
At Oakley Vale, we want our children to develop into kind, respectful and responsible citizens who leave us ready to make a contribution to their next school community and to the wider world. Giving children the opportunity to take on leadership roles across the school helps them to develop those skills that will help them contribute positively to society.
Our pupil leadership teams, contribute positively to our school community, actively embedding the school's values and effecting change across the school.

Each team meets regularly and has a clear focus decided by the children.
