Year 5 had a fantastic opportunity to go to Brooke Weston Academy this week to work with Mr Browne in the D&T department. They were focusing on their D&T unit of Frame Structures and got involved with a variety of different tasks. They were even lucky enough to have a guided tour of the school. A huge thank-you to Brooke Weston for hosting us!

This afternoon, Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service delivered an assembly on winter water safety. Pupils were taught about the Water Safety Code and the significant dangers associated with stepping onto frozen ice. We are just leaving Young Voices coach park and we aim to be back at school (collection from the bus drop off bay on Lyvden Way) for 10:20 depending on traffic. Please ensure the drop off bay is clear for the bus to pull in so we can safely dismiss the children. We will keep you updated if the times change due to traffic.

Congratulations to Rabbits! They listened to a total of 31 birds across October and were the winners of our Bird Spotting competition.
